Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a 100% natural fruit juice that retains all flavour, aroma, vitamins and many other microelements from olives, such as antioxidants, which can delay cellular ageing. It is a very healthy product, as it manages to:

Jaencoop is the first Olive Oil cooperative in Jaen, with more than 7.000 families exclusively dedicated to the olive tree crop. These crops are at the Guadalquivir's basin, with altitudes between 600 and 2.400 meters, producing different kinds of oils varying in colour, flavour and intensity.

Due to this factor, during the harvest, different kinds of oil are produced, with flavours from the fruitiest to the bitterest one and with colours from the darkest green to the goldennest ones.

Jaencoop has very modern facilities allowing for the best quality cold Extra Virgin Olive Oil extraction. In collaboration with Coosur, Extra Virgin Olive Oils with just one variety of olives are produced. For each of the oils, a different type of olive has been selected and, consequently, each of them has a different flavour:
